| Corporate Governance | The Board of Directors and management are committed to maintaining a high standard of corporate governance. The Board of Directors has the responsibility for the overall stewardship of the Corporation, establishing the overall policies and standards for the Corporation in the operation of its businesses, and reviewing and approving the strategic plans. In addition, the Board of Directors monitors and assesses overall performance and progress in meeting the Corporation’s goals. Day to day management is the responsibility of the CEO and senior management. To this end, the Board of Directors has adopted the following guidelines to assist it in its corporate governance responsibilities.
